Fuck Attachement

How do you know if you're attached to something? Because it creates Tension in your mind

How many times have you tried to #breakfree from a pattern, habit, addiction in your mind•body•soul only to return back a day, week, months later?! Meee too... "I don't think that negative self-talk again"....than.."I don't think I'm good enough for this project".. My best and most true advice is this:

Be consistent, eventually, it will loop back in but it will happen less.

Praise and Love the people around you, they are your #support and you need to show support to them in order to receive. •Forgive yourself and move back on track as quick as you can- don't wait a day, seize the day after you have an addictive relapse. •Visualize how you will "Feel and Look" after you've told the negative habit to go "f*yourself" out of your life. Now that's the life by #yourowndesign.
