My ultimate mission as a fitness and wellness professional is to have a positive impact in every clients life. With a fire within to enhance lives, my goal with each private client, group retreat, and special event, is to create a memorable training and learning experience catered to the clients long-term lifestyle goals. During our sessions, we incorporate and infuse out trainings with mindful breathing techniques, yoga, pilates, meditation, Tabata, high intensity interval training (HIIT), reiki, and nutritional therapy. You will be given creative homework, accountability and permission to create a new routine in living life with your full wellness and fitness potential. The benefits received will strengthen and focus your mind, body and sacred soul. Together we commit to be “long, strong and centered”.
