Balancing Life Like A Samurai

Balancing life like a Samurai 🔑  is key to getting over the Flu 😷 aka “Satan’s dirty work” masked in Influenza type A. 

Here are my tips on how we overcame this - while traveling, flying and staying in the coldest environment in North America... I kid you not.

1) Elderberry syrup- it stops the virus from spreading. Can be purchased or made almost anywhere.

2) Garlic, onions and all healthy veggies cooked down with chicken broth. The garlic is what’s key. You won’t be able to smell your breath so rock on.

3) Sleep and rest. Wrap yourself in layers to sweat out the toxins. I’ve never allowed myself to do nothing, but I knew I would have to do this for at least one day if I wanted to kick this virus.

4) Lemon 🍋 water All day plus teaspoons of #cannabisinfused honey All day. I make edibles hence we own a few cannabis companies so daily I get to see how this plant medicine gives our patients #nextlevelhealing. 5) 30 minutes of yoga/ Pilates every day during recovery. I only wanted to move my legs and core. I knew if I did not move, I would feel worse. 

This was a 4-day journey- but I’m so grateful that it was kicked out. I encourage you to take the care and rest you need to consciously chop this Flu season down and out of your family’s lives.
